Beta 3.15 was the twelfth publicly released version of Metro Simulator Beta 3. It was released on 27 September 2019.

Rijndam 2006
- The line from Rijndam Zuid to Denia has been converted to meter gauge
Simvliet 2020
- New Line D (Simvliet Centraal – Strandboulevard) (Simvliet Lightrail)
- Extension of Line C from Simvliet Airport to Simvliet Centraal and from Lelywaard to Delfsblaak
- Lelywaard has now two side platforms instead of one island platform.
- A second platform has been built in Varenweg
- Many existing stations are upgraded for Line D with step-free access
- Delfsblaak Railway Station has been fitted with both stairs and elevators
Rolling stock
- NS 1700 rolling stock
- ICF rolling stock (carriages)
- RR-DDM rolling stock
- ICM-1 rolling stock
Game engine
- A Sun glare has been added to the surface of the trains
