Line C is a metro line in Simvliet. It is the oldest line and runs from Simvliet Centraal towards Delfsblaak. The first part, from Simvliet Centrum to De Bergen, was opened in 1968. In 1971 the line was extended from De Bergen to Stadionweg. Finally in 1975 the line was extended from Stadionweg to Oostpark, in 2016 the line extended from Oostpark to Lelywaard and in 2020 from Simvliet Centrum to Simvliet Airport.

In Beta 3.15 the line was extended from Simvliet Airport to Simvliet Centraal and from Lelywaard to Delfsblaak.

The line is exclusively operated by the MG2/1 stock as it's the only line that runs entirely on third rail. Trains are stabled at the Bergpark depot and Oostpark sidings. During the day four units are coupled. In the evening on Sundays to Thursdays trains run with just 2 units.
