Line B is a is a metro line in Simvliet. It runs from Simvliet Airport towards De Molens. It has 16 stations, the departure and arrives at Tussenvelden has a change on the electrical system of the train between overhead and third rail.

Rolling stock

The line is operated by both the SG2/1 and SG3 stock. The SG2/1 stock runs only during the week and trains consists of four cars during the day and two in the evening. The SG3 stock is used both during the week with three units and during the weekend with two units. Trains are stabled at Bergpark depot. Currently trains are also stabled at Simvliet Airport sidings due to the shortage of sidings after the Simvliet Lightrail was opened.

Services

Off-peak there are 6 trains per hour running between Simvliet Airport and De Molens. In the peak the frequency is increased to 10 trains per hour. In the evening and early morning in the weekends the service is reduced to between Simvliet Centrum and De Molens.
