Kanaalstraat is a stop along tramline T3, between Statenpolder and Veengestel. At this stop, trams must continue under ZUB train protection, as the maximum speed in the direction Veengestel/Westwoud/Denia is 100 km/h. For trams without ZUB, a switch leading to the other track is provided in order to turn back.
