Between 2016 and 2020 the sidings behind the metroo station have been rebuild to extend the line towards [[Simvliet Airport]]. Two new sidings for reversing trains have been build between the two tracks that continue towards Simvliet Airport. During most time of the day, only half of the trains continue towards Simvliet Airport, the other half reverses at Simvliet Centrum.
 
Simvliet Centrum Station is one of the Elevated metro Stations in Simvliet, it is the First Station on the First section of Simvliet metro, the other one is [[Alexanderpark]] was open in 1968 from [[De Bergen]], in Simvliet 2020, the Line was Extended Wast to [[Simvliet Airport]].
 
There is a Railyard Consists of three tracks which was used during Rush Hours which was removed for rebuilding for the tunnel to Simvliet Airport with two new tracks for the tunnels and two Inner Tracks for the Sidings for terminating Trains.

In Simvliet 2013, During the Morning and Evening Rush Hours, trains on Lines A, B and C uses the Sidings West of the Station and return back to the Station to get ready for train service.
 
Throughtout the Day, half of the Trains Terminates here while the Remaining Half terminates at Simvliet Airport (Simvliet 2020).

Metro station Simvliet Centrum is the terminus of the Simvliet Metro located in the centre of Simvliet. Simvliet Centrum has two elevated stations, the first one is Alexanderpark and the second one is metro station Simvliet Centrum. There is a small rail yard behind the metro station Simvliet Centrum which contains 3 tracks. These tracks are commonly used for reversing.
