The SG3 stock is the second batch of RSG3 in Simvliet. The trains were built between 2009 and 2012 and were ordered to submit the SG2 stock on the B and C lines. The trains are technical identical to the RSG3 stock. The color marks the only difference between the two series. These trains are mostly used in service on the B and C lines, but can be used in service as well on the A line. The SG3 can operate coupled with the RSG3.
