ok but the Reason that i had removed RijndamRail is: Its now Built in and haves no Download Link anymore

Some add-ons might be built-in, but they can get additional updated after the initial release, so they still count as add-on.

The Wiki link on top of this forum doesn't work anymore. It sends you to https://sim.bemined.nl/sim/w/index.php, which results in:
