The RSG2 stock was converted out of the latest eleven sets of the SG2 fleet for trial service on the Hofplein Line, wich was separated from the main network at the time the trains were used on it, as is was based on the Hofplein line. These 11 cars were withdrawn from service short after the delivery of RSG3 stock.
In simvliet
In simvliet, these trains are ZUB and have pantographs. So this material can only operate in A-line between springstraat and stadionweg 5 (other platforms are protected with ATB).
