In real life
The SG2 5201 cabin is the cabin of metro number 5201 and stays in the ROMEO museum at Rotterdam Hillegersberg.
On the night of Tuesday, October 31st continuing into the morning of Wednesday, November 1st, 2006 a fire at metro station De Akkers destroyed 2 SG2 metrotrains: the 5201 and 5229.
The 2 damaged trains were so damaged that they were scrapped.
The cabin of the cab portion 5201 was cut off to serve as a simulator. All push buttons and switches are connected and can operate.
