The activity files are quite readable.
At the first line you see the name of the act and at what time it starts like 17:30:00 in a afternoon rush act.
Then you see al the timetables which contain te numer of te train like 220 and the route like A-AT the time it departs like 17:40:30
Then you have a section which contains information about the departures and arrivals at the depots
Next is a bit that numbers when it appears in the sim the first trains gets number F10001 the act changes that to 2012LT and the timetable is 201
The last section is the consist section. Here you'll see al the trains and on what track they start.

Yes, where else would you expect to find the .act and .ctd files?
Beta39\Activities\simvliet2020

This topic contains all available codes for the platform displays. It is not possible to add more, so you will have to choose one of them;

viewtopic.php?f=12&t=482

When driving a shortened route which has a terminus not available in the platform display system, I (personally) would either have the display show the normal destination (C Lelywaard, code 42), or use the 'empty' option (the line on the platform display doesn't show a destination, but does show the departuretime. Code 3).

I cant do this.

Sjoerd, can you do this for me?

Activity Name : New branch trackworks - Line C

Start at BPK5 then go to De Bergen then to Eendrachtsweg.

Next duty is to go from Eendrachtsweg to De Bergen and each other duty is vise versa to the one before it.

All A line trains are 2 car, while the B and C have 3

Start time : 12:21:00

Each Turn-around is 5 minutes

End time : Closest duty end time to 16:45:00

Perhaps...
It might take a few days, as I don't have much time each day to work on it. ;)

The exact turnaround times depend on the rest of the timetable; the line C trains have to fit between lines A and B on the shared tracks. But if at all possible, 5 minutes would be a good time.

Line C and B wont share the tracks with the A, all A trains terminate at Stadionweg, one every 1/2 an hour parks in Stadionweg Keerspoor

Really? Stationweg - Araplein (one way) is about 6,5 minutes. Therefore, if you only want a 30-minute interval, your train will be standing still more then 50% of the time (two times first 6,5 minutes driving, then 7,5 minutes turnaround).
I have spend the last few months making timetables for a bus company; transport companies don't like stationary vehicles if they have to spend money to schedule a vehicle and staff anyway. Energy costs are just a fraction of the total costs, and as long as the vehicle is moving, it can generate income. Therefore, I would make it a 20 minute interval; you can still do it with one (1,2 or 3 car) metro, with turnaround times of around 3,5 minutes. ;)

I have designed the timetable. I will probably start building the actual activity tomorrow evening. ;)
