I was wondering whether there's a way to open the gate on the top floor of the station, anyone found out yet?

First of all, you must find a coin, which allows you to buy a ticket, in order to open the station gates.

First of all, you must find a coin, which allows you to buy a ticket, in order to open the station gates.

But do watch out once you read the tracks. The same thing happens as would in real-life.

Or you find a way into the construction site and bypass the ticket hall all together. There are multiple ways

No, in fact there are no platforms there yet, if you were to walk down the stairs you fall down onto the track bed

In the future they might be added though.
