I'm looking forward to the 3.17, the 3.17 comes as an update or do I have to reinstall everything?

Its a totally new installment. Just like every update previously. Here is a car of the line 1 in the loop at the underground station Garenmarkt which just takes a break to go back to the main station in 5 minutes.
