I know. I just put in a few destinations from the famous Lisbon line 28. Other then that, it also has the Rijndam destinations for tramlines 1, 2 and 3 (not line 4, as this tram does not have APS). And the Toronto destinations are available if you drive on that network.

Latest addition; this one has repaintable adds. So if you like this add-on, I'll expect to see screenshots of new creations
