So I am gonna edit an activity to where some of the 5200's get reactivated to help out the trains on the M2, do these trains have the M2 Transferium Rijndijk sign on them as this is in Rijndam 2018? Or do I have to scroll them to M5 Transferium Rijndijk when reaching Centraal Station? :|

Okay, so I found out there was M2 Transferium. But why isn't there a M5 to Denia if it has overhead wires?

But after 2018, when you replaced the M2 with the M4, why would you do that? Is there a reason why the M4 goes to Transferium Rijndijk instead of the M2?

Line M5 uses ZUB instead of ATB, so the normal 5200's can't go there. Only the RGS2 variant can run there. And those have a separate destination display. M5 is on it... (and not the other destinations, which cannot be reached by the RSG2, as the RSG2 vehicles do not have ATB.)

In the later Rijndam years, a new tunnel was build onder the city center. Line M4 from the Airport started using that new tunnel, and was extended to Transferium. Line M2 on the Transferium branch was replaced by M4 from the airport, and M2 could therefore be shortened to the Central Station again, which was its destination in Rijndam 2016. This way M2 only shares tracks with M3. Which makes creating timetables much easier (only coördinating with one other line instead of two other lines).

Is that why I see the M3 & M2 as a circle in Rijndam 2016? Because also, In Rijndam 2016, the M3 used to share tracks with M1 to Garenmarkt. While the M2 got it's own line. BTW what are the codes for every SG2 & MG2?

Next two questions:

1. In Rijndam 2018, which lines can the 5200's and the 5100's can run on?

Only on lines with the ATB train protection system (so no lines with ZUB). The 5100's have no pantograph, so those can only run on 3rd rail electrified track.
