Troubleshooting AI signalling in rijndam 2022 map

Im playing the ''week ai'' in the map of Rijndam 2022 and the ai signalling doesn't work properly so atleast 1 signal (at Molenwijk) is not letting trains go past. what im wondering is there some way in activity mode to control the signals or make a path so the trains can continue their journey?
