A Custom.XML makig

So im planning to make a XML file which is the FanTripRoutes.XML

In order to do that, i need to make fan trips, so im planning fan trips which involve this:

Ealing Central -> Wilford Junction via Red, Green & Purple and Blue Lines. (Uses S7)
Southwick Park -> Simpleton via Green Line to GWR, Yellow Line via Queens Cross, Returns to Simpleton via Oxford Cross. (Uses D78)
Beckton Junction -> Barnet Central via Green & Purple Line and Queens Cross. (Uses S8)
Simpleton to North Redfield (Uses S8).

If so, i need to see which DRIM best fits these routes. And does the rolling stock fit the services? If not, please make a few suggestions.
