Yellow Line is completed and the the Purple and Blue line are added in City of Thames.

Sjoerd answered to me when I asked the same question. There will be no overground network, but they have laid more tracks in preparation for the next versions of the map. Sorry I don't know how to quote from other topics, you can find the answer in the "screenshots and videos" one. Hope this is useful!
