Would you say it's modern C++ (with RAII, no naked new but smart pointers, C++17, etc) or more like most long lasting codebases, C with classes compiled with a C++ compiler?

I might have asked this before but do you use any existing libraries for the engine? Like SDL?

So once the support gets released, after that. you wont need to work on MSB quite much ever again

Support is not something you can "release" all at once. It means helping, assisting those who are trying to get started with the software.

As so, the editor will never have a public release. That is unless a whole Google Doc is released with dozens of pages explaining every aspect of the editor in great detail while being clear to everyone, which is impossible.
