I got the idea for Metro Sim unit ČD 471 (Alias ​​City Elefant). This is a train, not metro. Here are the links to the models:

Well personally, I don't think, this EMU is needed for metrosim, because there's already double decker unit called RR-DDM, which was possibly inspired by ČD class 471. And 2nd, running these units in metrosim would be unrealistic, because in Netherlands, the railway is electrified by 1,5 kV DC. ČD class 471 requires 3 kV DC to run, so connecting it to 1,5 kV DC will cause it to run extremelly slowly.

But this is just my personal opinion. I'll let developers (Michiel, Sjoerd) to say their opinion about this, so keep this here and wait for them to say something about it.
