[Beta 3.17.1] No NS-Trains at AI

Hello,
I want to drive some NS-Trains from Essim on Simvliet-Map in the morning. (week.act)
They do not move. No AI is activated an no routes will be setted on CVL.
What can I do, that the trains runs at AI?
