I am not going to do a lot of variants, as it is a lot of work. Expecially those you mention; uni-directional and extra doors in each carriage, which would mean I have to go several steps back and re-do a lot of things, and they are also narrower then the The Hague version.
I did find one I could do, as it (structurally) just involved removing a door, mirroring the middle carriage, and removing the second middle carriage.
So when I release it, there will be two Avenio's; the 4-section The Hague "R-Net" variant, and the 3-section Doha variant.

Note: the real Doha Avenio only has very small pantographs (similar to the Amsterdam M5 metro) which it uses to recharge the batteries at tramstops. There are no overhead wires in Doha. As this way of operation is not an option in the simulator, I installed full pantographs instead.

I looked especially for the Avenios which could possibly come into question before I asked you that, but the Munich and Nuremberg 1/2 judges I didn't know about doha I had no picture on Wikipedia but nice a vehicle from Africa or Asia see because I don't know where Saudi Arabia is even though I was one of the best in geography.
