Metro simulator forums

Hi everyone, on a discord server (the Cabview Holland one), I found a photo of a Cvl posted by a user, called "Ut-Ah-MSB" which obviously translates to Utrecht-Arnhem Metro Simulator Beta. What do we know about it? Is that real or just sort of a "fan art"? Unfortunately I can't speak dutch so I couldn't really understand people who were writing about it, I tried google translate but the answer is not really accurate. Can you please provide some more information on that? Thanks everyone
