There was a small bug; When a diesel train was on a track where 3rd rail was defined, the AI would not activate the diesel engine, as it did not check if the train has 3rd rail pickups ("train is on a powered track, therefore it must have power"). And as on the Epping-Ongar line in the simulator 3rd/4th rails are present.... the AI-trains in activities would not activate their diesel engines, and would not depart.

It's because of the change to https and Michiel's link uses http

If you don't touch files hidden in %appdata%, keybinds won't be alterned.
