Rijndam 2022 Metro/Tram Extensions

is there any possibilities for a metro or a tram extensions ive been looking on the Map these days and i saw a lot of possible extensions like T2 extended to lambik M3s station or M6 extended beyond station blaak down to statenpolder or something because the Metro hasn't changed at all since Rijndam 2020 (apart from station upgrades) im fine if there are no extensions and the tram/metro network is finished but i was just wondering why hasn't there been an extension.
