Thats incorrect, the victoria line connects to the Piccadilly at finsbury park

All of the tube tunnels are the same size i think
Victoria Line has a more generous clearance when built, the 09 stock takes advantage of this and therefore don't fit into other Tube Line's tunnels (i.e. they're not allowed to use the Piccadilly crossover to leave the line). The Central Line has a slightly smaller tunnel size but I don't think this means other lines' stock don't fit.

SSR lines have been upgraded from 630V to a more standard 750V for all SSR-stock-exclusive lines; the works were completed a few years back. S-Stock tolerates both 630V and 750V (as they're new enough to do so; Picc stock going onto SSR lines would probably fry some electronics)

On an Information sheet that gives info about the stock, it states that the 1973 stock's width is 2629mm and height of 2888mm while the 2009 stock has a width of 2616mm and a height of 2883mm so they would be able to fit in the same tunnels.

That would be true for square tunnels, but the tunnels are round so the loading gauge is not just width/height but the entire shape.

Interesting; this contradicts the Wikipedia source (but the source they were using was from some random LURS source, while this one comes directly from TfL). So maybe they are able to roam around after all.

I believe the 73 stock has a voltage tolerance from 450V to 950 Volts , certainly 1938 stock does, or at least the converted class 483s
