I know but Pyongyang was also done twice so it shouldn't matter as long as the details are different ;)

Last year I almost got to go there for my work (in this case; designing public transport timetables), so I looked up everything I could find on the local rail transport systems (including exploring the tram network with Google Streetview). :D Sadly, the 'mission' was cancelled, so I didn't get to go there in the end.

I was there today and I will be there again tomorrow. Well, not so much to see there for Trainfanning, but they have nice different Bus models. (But Citaros are everywhere)

Well... The houses look so Austrian while the train does not. Dest Sign does not look like german language either, so it's more likely eastern Europe. Also, Train seems to be a high-floor one. From what I remember, fences between trains are not typiclly polish and I can sort out the country Budapest is capital of, because they have these really old trains.
