I don't think you can use it on the lines. It will be Avenios, Regiocitadis and GTLs since they run with ARI. But way past it. This sim is still good.

If you want to make a very fast ride, just disable ATB/ZUB, put trottle to 1.00 and enjoy.

ARI = Automatische Rem Ingreep (Automatic Brake Intervention).
It is a simple system which initiates the brakes if you pass a signal at a higher speed compared to the allowed maximum speed (and if the signal is red, the maximum speed is 0 km/h).
The Hague wanted a safety system in place in the tram tunnel in the city center, but didn't want to have to install the more expensive ZUB system (in use on the RandstadRail part of the network) into all the city trams. So they created this as a budget version.
The driver gets no feedback from the system about maximum speeds; it only applies the brakes (all the way to a full stop) when a signal is passed too fast, and the driver gets an indication the ARI has intervened.
To continue driving, the driver must release the system, which he needs permission from traffic control for (the event is logged, so he can not get away with resetting it without permission). In the simulator, you release the brakes after an ARI-stop with Ctrl+Tab.
