Where am i going wrong

Its been a while since i played this but recently i have trialled to create a new activity in the city of thames but i dont know what i am doing wrong.

Please help.

Have you run the program through an XML validator? I can't see the entire file but its possible that there is a missing character causing the activity to not work

I validated it through an online xml validator and i looked through it as well, dont see nothing wrong although i did copy a little bit from the "red line 223 morning" file but i only made some minor adjustments i.e. the destination codes only.
