Use PrintScreen key or Win+G keys on your keyboard.
Take you just used a phone or a camera then to take screenshots?

Something tells me, he doesn't have a Windows as his OS, so he can't use the PrintScreen key to take a screenshot. AFAIK, Linux and MacOS don't have a PrintScreen function.
If you want to make a very fast ride, just disable ATB/ZUB, put trottle to 1.00 and enjoy.
