For that I would have to make it repaintable anyway, as the current way to make these models is not suitable for that livery (https://www.flickr.com/photos/groen47/2352848588).
Almost all models I have made (there are a few exceptions) work like this;

So the colors of each area are pretty much hardcoded into it, by refering them to a small colored square on a small color-palet texture file.
So to make it repaintable, I need to create an image of the side of the train, turn that into a texture file, and re-texture the train in order to use that side image (which you can then repaint). This I have done for almost all trains that have a repaintable version, but it can take a lot of extra time.
If I do that for the SGM, I certainly won't make a "strandsprinter" livery myself
