I love that people instantly speculate about "OMG new map connection between essim and simvliet!!" while they might just be fooling us with a random screenshot they took when playing.

There are plenty of locations nobody ever saw. Mostly because they are just tracks and no scenery. In fact if I aimed the camera any other direction from this place, that would have been all you saw here as well 
I just added a few roads and houses around the place I wanted to take this screenshot. It's right outside Essim Centraal btw.

Train was used to transport football fans after the Essim - Simvliet derby which Simvliet lost because of a highly questionable penalty. So this can explain the damage to the train.
