Whew! I was lucky I could take this picture. I'll explain you why.

Ongar sadly become a COVID-19 habitiation centre, and since Ongar is a small community, british goverment made a quick decide - total lockdown and isolation of Ongar. The electric fence with razor wire on top was built around Ongar and security checkpoints were built on all roads leading to Ongar. A very strict quarantine and curfew were ordered inside the Ongar and everyone living in Ongar was ordered to stay home and only go out, when they have to go shopping or go to work (although many Ongar residents went to home office). When they're outside, they have to wear a respirator mask. To prove, they go shopping, they have to have some kind of shopping bag. When they go to work, they have to have certificate about employment. Many british soldiers are patrolling the streets of Ongar stopping everybody who were caught outside and if they went out for other reasons than going shopping or going to work, he/she and his/her family members living in Ongar got arrested, escorted to local police station, where the detained people (I'll call them "offenders") are first interrogated, why did they broke the rules of quarantine and after interrogation, offenders are put into 2 day custody, where they are brainwashed by videos about, how is COVID-19 dangerous and why is quarantine important etc. These videos are played in loop, over and over. Maybe this sounds cruel, but it really works. After offenders are released from custody, they really follow the rules of quarantine.

The checkpoints on roads make sure, that nobody from outside enters Ongar (excl. Ongar residents who returns from work, courier vans delivering something to someone in Ongar, emergency services and military personnel) or that nobody from inside leaves Ongar (excl. Ongar residents, who commutes to work outside the Ongar, courier vans leaving Ongar, emergency services and military personnel). In inner perimeter around Ongar, there's a TOS (terminate on sight) zone starting at fence and ending at 400 meters far from fence. If military personnel finds a person wandering in TOS zone, they open fire at person until the person retreats, or is terminated. When a car or another road vehicle enters the TOS zone, the military personnel open fire at vehicle until it either retreats or stops and it's immovable. After vehicle is stopped and it's immovable, military personnel come closer to the vehicle pulling out everybody inside the vehicle and terminating them on the spot. The vehicle is then blown up by rigging it with explosives. The TOS zone is marked by the red line on the ground with letters TOS written above the line. Luckilly untill now nobody dared to enter the TOS zone and TOS isn't valid on roads leading to checkpoints and on checkpoints themselves.

The passenger train service to Ongar was completely discontinued untill further notice. Only one passenger train is active and from Epping, it either ends at North Weald or Blake Hall. The only exception is Ongar supply train, which is on the picture above and I had opportunity to drive it.

The train you see on the picture is officialy called "Ongar COVID-19 supply train." It's a Paris MF67 Convoi d'Auteuil train alias maintenance train consisting of 5 cars to increase capacity. It is the primary way to supply opened shops in the Ongar and deliver ordered items from e-shops. Normally when not needed, it is "stored" on siding next to Epping-Ongar railway entrance. If it's in service, it will stop at Epping left platform, (seen from direction to Woodford) big package and supply boxes are loaded through big side doors into middle cars, the garbage cans in front and rear cars are emptied (and if they're garbage bags in middle cars, it gets taken out before loading cargo) and small package and supply boxes are loaded to front and rear cars. After loading the train, all doors are shut and train heads to Ongar. In some cases the supply train stops at North weald and loads additional cargo from North Weald. After arriving in Ongar, the cargo in the train is unloaded and garbage is dumped into garbage cans in front and rear cars. In some cases the garbage bags are placed in middle cars, if garbage cans in front and rear cars are full. The train then returns to Epping and the cycle repeats.

When I am driving the train, I have to follow the strict rules. When I arrive at Ongar, I speak to the supervisor in the station (the loading crew in Epping notifies the loading crew in Ongar, that I am on my way), show him cargo list, go to opposite cabin and stay there, until everything is finished. After unloading and loading is done, supervisor comes to me and tells me, that I am good to go and I depart to Epping. In Epping I can freely roam around the platform, when the train is loaded, because the risk of exposure in Ongar station, if i follow the rules, is very small. Also I have to wear a FFP2 respirator mask, when I am outside the cabin. I can take it off, when I am inside the cabin and all cabin ventilation entrance ducts were fitted with FFP2 filter fabric to prevent virus to enter the cabin and infect me. In North Weald, I can also freely roam aroung the station. In one case I went to shop in the North Weald station to get a Coca Cola bottle and chicken nugget baguette, because I got a bit thirsty and hungry.

This picture was taken when I was waiting for train to get loaded at Epping, when loading crew went to pickup next batch of boxes to load up, I took advantage of this moment, entered the rail in front of the supply train, took the picture, and quickly went back to the platform, pretending, I was on the platform the whole time.

The number 619 on the train, is a leet code for shortened name of virus COVID-19. Decoded, it says "C19." The CVL number for train was "6195XX" and junction routes were made manually by dispatchers on Epping-Ongar route

(in an universe where more than one "Convoi d'Auteuil" exist)
That's a shame, Paris just send one train "Convoi d'Auteuil" to Rijndam, and one of his motor-cab cars already falls down. Trackworks can't wait, so an MF67 passanger car in reserve have take the place instead of Auteuil motor-cab car.
