I have done some search and i get that inspiration from the 681 Series from Japan

- The Different cabs and the different sizes apparently they had a 6 and 3 car sets.

i kinda would love to see something like splitting trains at certains stations , using the ICM's 1 and 3 , implemented in Game or like a timetable.
A Dutch Shinkansen ;) ;)

British Rail Class 126 DMUs also had full cab at the front and gangwayed at the
other. They operated on Glasgow Central to Ayr, Largs and Stranraer from 1959
and were withdrawn in 1983. Not a high-speed train but, their maximum speed
was 70 mph.

One unit is preserved in operational condition at Bo'ness and Kinneil Railway.
