Line 13 looks like it could be extended from Theater to Haven to become a loop line 🤔
Also, the Drs. P straat made me laugh :D

It wouldn't be a true loop, the tracks at Haven are not connected to each other:

Very interesting layout, especially the part near the T, it reminds me of the Hofplein roundabout in Rotterdam!

So let me guess, Lines 11 and 12 are run by the Citylink, Lines 13, 16 and 17 by the TFS and lines 14 and 15 by 12G.

Aha! So this is what Beta 3.17 will be about. New tram lines in Hagenigen. Well, gotta admit, I was impressed by those screenshots at the start of the topic. And driving on sight? Bah! Nothing new to me. In Prague and other cities of Czechia, trams don't have any track security system at all, and all of them are driven on sight.
The only security system they have (atleast some of them) is deadman switch on control lever, which hits EB if driver lets go of the control lever during ride. It doesn't active when tram stands still obviously. The trams equipped with this are Tatra T6A5[1], Tatra KT8D5[2], Skoda 14T and Skoda 15T.
Tatra T3, neither original nor reconstructed version isn't equipped with this at all, because they use pedals instead of control lever.

Footnotes:
[1] Tatra T6A5 trams weren't equipped with deadman switch at first, but after incident at Motol district in Prague in 2011, they were refitted with deadman switch.

In that incident, the driver of 2 empty Tatra T6A5 trams coupled into pair was going down the hill from Motol tram depot, when he suddenly fainted. It's still unclear, why did he fainted, but it's assumed, he got into bad medical condition (heart attack, hypoglycemia, stroke). But after the driver fainted, the trams were rolling uncontrollably down the hill and hit Skoda 14T tram staying at station. Only the driver in Tatra T6A5 tram died (if he wasn't already dead before the crash occured). Rest of the people either got to the safety or were injured. Front Tatra T6A5 was completely destroyed by the crash and it's wreck was later towed into Motol tram depot where it was at first cannibalized for the spare parts, and later it was scrapped. Rear Tatra T6A5 was severely damaged, but after some work at the depot, technicians were able to save it. Skoda 14T had it's rear part completely destroyed, but because Skoda 14T trams were still quite new that time, it wasn't scrapped, but sent back to manufacturer Skoda Transportation in Pilsen for repairs.

[2] Original version of Tatra KT8D5 also used pedals like Tatra T3, so it wasn't equipped with deadman switch at all. After reconstruction, reconstructed version of Tatra KT8D5 (also called Tatra KT8D5R.N2P) was fitted with control lever, which included deadman switch aswell.

If you want to make a very fast ride, just disable ATB/ZUB, put trottle to 1.00 and enjoy.
