CabView Videos

Post by Sgt_DeBones »

I am feeling depressed nowadays. So to combat this, Here is a topic to just post cab ride videos to ease emotional/mental pain and to just relax.

Feel free to do the same if you guys like.

One of my favorite vacation destinations (but not this year, obvious reasons)....
If you continue on this railway.... it ends up in Denia (the station which I recreated in the Rijndam networks). But this video ends much earlier, at El Campello.
The video is at about twice the normal speed, but announcements have been included normally.

It's worth noting that the tunnel entrance seen at 2:29 (https://youtu.be/wS44lY2j5P0?t=149) is now in use, and the section between here and the next stop "La Isleta" which is used in the video has now been removed (as the line was diverted through the new tunnel). So one of the most beautifull single track sections between the rocks and the sea is no more.... But it is understandable; running 3 tramlines on such a long section of curvy single track is not ideal, and the new tunnel is double track.
