But... A challenge... :D
I can't really build that right into the base model (with all those curving lines) without going ten steps back and then re-doing a lot of work, but I can make a repaintable version, and then just do a repaint. So... about 6 hours of work to make that possible later.... :)

Better to stay on a repaint, on the renovated version on the outside there are just the headlights that change. As you can see below.

I have a quick question, are you planning to animate the mirrors or not ?

I'm not going to re-arrange the headlights.... The repaint of the colors will have to do.

On the mirrors; see my very first post in this topic; ;)
Sjoerd wrote: 04 Jul 2021, 14:19 Current status; it can drive, the doors are animated (but need more finetuning), and the mirrors can fold out (but only both at the same time; there are only 3 "cab-animation" keys, and I need two of them for the internal driver door, and the side service door. So only one remains to operate both mirrors).

Wow, so great! Sjoerd, you're a boss.

One thing about mirrors, there can be opened without door opening, but I always see the door side mirror open, when doors are open too.

One note about side displays

There is no glass anymore at the level of display. Even on my pic of the interior of the renovated tram we can see that.

Is it possible to make the mirrors open only for the active cab? More clear question, turning on the cab automatically opens the mirrors for that cab? (This is actually a general question for future projects too).

They open with Shift+X. So that happens only for your cab.
