The normal answer is always "when it is finished".
For those who know me; when I present a new train with the first in-simulator screenshots, I usually try to have it ready in a few weeks time.

Don't know yet. When I have the details and functionality as I want it, I'll look into it to see if I can do that with not too much effort.
