Sjoerd wrote: 24 Feb 2021, 10:14 Correct. I am making some small improvements to trains in the "London.000" package to go along with the 1992 stock release, and these repaintable 378's will be part of that.
The repaint files are being provided here so you can start making your repaints a bit early ;)

It's not just a texture file... The repaintable trains also need separate scripts and seperate exterior object files, which are coded to use the new texture files, instead of the standard set of colors (mostly being single-color 16x16 pixel files, which color specific area's of the exterior) the non-repaintable versions use.
oooh ok

Suggestion.... On the repaintable 378's, replacing the emergency exit ladder behind the front door with an extendable walkway, like on the NS ICM Koploper, so you can walk to the other trainset when they are coupled together.
Good idea?

Just painting the side of a walkway on the front door won't make it functional :D

If you were to do that, it would just become a class 377 or 375. However, it would be appreciated

technically not- the passenger doors come out instead of sliding inwards

also the 377/387 have DOO monitors in the cab and have cameras along the side of the train which the 375 doesnt.
