I was looking for a map of Rijndam Railways, as sometimes it can be confusing to get around. All help is appreciated. Thank you!

Wait why does your computer lag in the middle of nowhere

It's the HSL tunnel. For many it lags in this section. And there are also lags in the tunnel to Essim Terminal.

essim channel tunnel is laggy because of the no. of polygons
for me its not the hsl tunnel its the bit after the tunnel between the tunnel and just before zeeburg. zeeburg itself is fine for me

i dont think so i only get 7 fps max in the middle of nowhere and 4 fps max near more built up areas. i dont imagine yours being that bad
