I would recommend a i5 processor minimum.

I would say get an i5-9400F or higher with GTX1650. 8GB RAM is fine

On intel i3 processors the simulator is playable in my opinion, but if you want more performance, I recommend you to use an intel i5 prossessor, on the other hand it will cost you a little more.
