Re: New wiki front page
We also need a new page on the signalling system, since it's quite different than ZUB or ATB. Here is a brief description with some pictures in case someone is willing to filling the wiki:
Basic two-aspect London Underground signal. Shows red or green.
Two-aspect signal with route indicator.
Repeater or distant signal, this signal indicates the state of the next signal. Shows yellow or green.
Four-aspect signal, basically a normal signal and repeater combined. Top two lights are the normal signal, bottom two lights the repeater. Shows red, green-yellow or double green.
Same as above, combined normal and repeater signal, but to save space the second green light is left out. Shows red, yellow or green.
Fixed red light.
Shunt signals, the one on the left shows stop, the one on the right proceed. Note that when combined with a normal signal, the normal signal stays red, but the shunt signal allows you to pass it (assuming a shunt move is authorised).
Three aspect signal used on sections controlled by the National Rail instead of London Underground. Also shows a speed sign, if this speed sign shows a higher speed than the current speed, you may only increase your speed after the end of your train is past the sign.
London Underground speedsign. You may increase speed as soon as you pass this sign (assuming you are running a normal length train).

Re: New wiki front page
I created a basic page with the signals displayed on it, and I included instructions on what to do as well. I used the template for ZUB and changed some things. Please give feedback! https://sim.bemined.nl/wiki/ATB_LU
The link to this page is not on the navbar of the other systems pages yet.
Since Michiel didn't give the name for the system and I couldn't figure it out myself, I called it ATB LU (ATB London Underground). If Michiel or someone else knows the name for it, please put it here so I can rename the page and change the hyperlink for it on the page
EDIT: Renamed page to ATP/LUSS (reasoning below), new link is https://sim.bemined.nl/wiki/ATP/LUSS

Re: New wiki front page
It hasn't really got a name apart from just being the London Underground Signalling, its just some modified conventional signalling
Edit: the trains do have a system called Tripcock where the trains trip when passing signals at danger, so maybe it could be called that

Re: New wiki front page
I would call it a signalling system over train protection, since there is no cab signalling available nor any kind of speed protection (apart from train stops at dead-end tracks that are on a timer).
Re: New wiki front page
CTSS seems like a good name (City of Thames Signalling System). Otherwise Tripcock is a good name

Re: New wiki front page
Why not just London Underground Signalling System? Or LU Signalling System?

Re: New wiki front page
Actually, ATO is being installed around the LU network. And the GWR uses AWS if we're having any of those in Thames.
And note that this is an English based route, it's ATP, not ATB.

Re: New wiki front page
So to break it down
UK Mainline - AWS/TPWS (Warning Systems of signal aspects and protection)
Tube - ATP (This is a system to stop trains from overspeeding)
- Tripcock (The system that stops trains if they pass signals at danger)
- LU has so many different signals for different lines

Re: New wiki front page
So its AWS/ATP? I mean the system is probably built on the ATB framework (just like ETCS with ZUB), so it has SPaD's, Speed limitation etc
It can be both names at once.
EDIT: LUSS also sounds like a good name.

Re: New wiki front page
ATP is literally ATB just translated to English.
