Can I run Beta 3.16 on Windows 10? I downloaded Beta 3.15 on Windows 10 but it didn't run and just showed a grey screen when I tried to run it.

You're still running on Windows 7? Man, that's obsolete now, it no longer receives updates. I wonder what @Michiel will say about obsolete systems.

What about an Eastern European map? 2/3 metro lines, operated by 81-717, 7 tram routes operated by KTM trams and a commuter rail network connecting city with towns and villages.

How about you just use Rijndam 2020, put 81-717's on M1 (Molenwijk - Noorderpoort), M2/M3 (Centraal Station - Station Westplein) and M4 (whole line). Operate the overhead wire M2/M3 sections with repainted SG2's, and KTM trams on the tram lines.

I have recently gotten a proposal for a Russian metro line in my mailbox, but at the moment, I already have multiple other projects to keep me busy.

The better thing is to operate the whole line by a 1 train and terminating and the end stations, not the big ones. Interested what these projects that you are working on are!
Also, I learned that RSG2 can operate on the whole M5. Maybe we put them here forever?

I tryed to fill the map with lines where lines should be. That's the result :
Notice there is only two mains points added : it's because I don't know where are stops but this ones sounds good for me. Enjoy
