In Beta 3.16 the fast tracks will not be used yet (at least not in the official activities, you can explore them in explore mode and make your own activities). In the final version it depends on the direction the fast track is used, as the fast tracks are used to run two trains at the same time it depends on which train takes a left turn and which one takes a right turn at the next junction.

the metropiltan line has fast and semi fast tracks as well as all stop trains between wembley park and harrow and between harrow and moor park

Yes but there is no Metropolitan line in this route

I'm guessing in the future the yellow line will be a Circle line. If I'm wrong, correct me.

This is looking far more promising than the Bakerloo line in TSW2, which I already got bored of.
