It actually uses 3rd rail, it's just is meant to look like the Michelin rubber tired system.

I did Rijndam 2020 for 2 reasons: 1. It uses single unit trains, so that all I had to do was change which train was spawned 2. I've edited the Airport Shuttle service for Rijndam 2020 and 2018 so that they use D78 stock instead. also I edited the Rijndam2020.ctd file so that the CVL doesn't set a path for the train to the depot too early
