Also sounds like the intercity to Vlissingen, which between Vlissingen and Rosendaal runs all-stop. Only then have it, after Rosendaal, run on a HSL instead of normal intercity track

The Dutch railways don't use names or line numbers in the communications towards the passengers (I would welcome it if they introduced it, but at the moment, it's not realistic).
