Yes. N is used for trains that are not in service and deadheading. Freight counts.

I hope Beta 4 does improve on performance. That's the only hiccup and I use a high-end Nitro 5.

I'm having a hard time understanding on how that helps. If anything, it would do the complete opposite of helping with how Beta 3 is designed.
