Hi guys. I recently got a new laptop with a dedicated Nvidia GPU however I'm not able to select this on the setup window. It only gives me the option for the Intel UHD graphics card built in. Can't change graphics card option at setup

How did you do this? I want to change all the trains on line B to the 1995 stock, but when I try to save it it doesn't save as a ACT file, just a text document. How do I change it to an ACT file?
