Re: Rijndam

Heyo, small bug report. On T1 where the Rembrantplein interlocking used to be in Rijndam 2022, there is a piece of the Overhead Wires missing. If you stop your tram at the front of Block B2198-2, you will need to tow that tram because it will have no power. The issue is on the Centraal Station bound...

Possible Bug? (Tunnel Car Shuttle Absent)

Seems like sometime between 3.16 and 3.16.1, the tunnel automobile shuttle cars have disappeared from the Rijndam Rail pack, and the simulator as a whole. The activities still work (the trains just have two TRAXX coupled, no shuttle cars in the middle), but the fact that (for me at least) it disappe...

Re: Question about City of Thames

Sorry if this has been answered already and I haven't seen it but how does one disable the front-most or the rear-most doors on the S8 Stock at platforms? I can't click anything so I'm kinda lost. Thanks!

Re: Rijndam

Oh. Because that's not a thing in North America. Is that just a Dutch thing or does anywhere else have this type of configuration? Close, New York has them. Mostly on curves if I remember correctly. Most of our other networks don't have them because we use cab signaling. Nearly forgot Toronto, they...

Re: Rijndam

Wow I wouldn't have guessed that! Thing is though, no model would be able to accurately recreate the mess of mechanical and weight issues that real Bredas have.

Re: Rijndam

Or even the Breda San Francisco LRV2/3 or the Siemens S200SF, with their movable steps, they can serve high or low platforms with all doors. I don't think there's a model of them kicking around online, but they would serve well here. I do happen to know all the tech stuff for them if needed :)

Re: Express paths and routes

A way the system where I work uses express trains is kinda different than all the ways here. We have them run in service in the downtown direction, and then non stop in the non-peak direction. As somebody who has driven those, most of the delays are actually encountered during the time when I'm in s...
