The Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS) Class 200 diesel locomotives were built for shunting duties. 169 of these small locomotives, numbered 201-369, were built by Werkspoor from 1934–1951. They were known as "Sikken" (Sik in singular, goats) by rail enthusiasts and "locomotor" by railway staff. Regular service has stopped in 2008 due to regulations on staff safety; these locomotives are not equipped with a dead men's switch. Many are still in active use with museum organisations, or as static monuments troughout the country.

In normal operation, the train driver was usually standing on the footboard on the outside of the locomotive, as this gave a better view of the surroundings, and made it faster to step off to couple/uncouple freightcars. To this end, there are controls on both sides of the driver cabin, so the driver doesn't have to be inside to drive the locomotive.

The package also includes two freightcars.
