This card reader looks almost excatly the same as some card readers on other buses and not from Rotterdam Transport Company aka RET. For Example Veolia Haaglanden (Now Connexxion Haaglanden).

This is our Sale/Charging and Charging Machines. The Sale/Charging Machine (Verkoop- & oplaadautomaat) it gives you a Blue Ov-Chipcard or a temporary Ov-Chipkaart paper, you can buy a subscription and it can charge your Ov-chipcard. The Charging Machine (Oplaadautomaat) only charges your Ov-chipcard.
